This class is the second of the four sessions of the First Time Homebuyers classes. FHA completion certificates will be issued on the last night of classes.  You must attend all classes to receive the FHA certificate.  The cost of training is $50 per family or household.

Payments must be paid at the first training session or may be mailed in advance to:  AACCAA, 251 West Street, Annapolis

Classes will take place at Community Action's main office, which is located at 251 West Street, Annapolis
